I have over fifteen years experience of working with individuals in both Mental Health and Clinical Nutrition.
Specialising in the gut/brain axis, I worked as an advisor creating menus for adults with autism. I then worked as a private nutritionist for five years before qualifying as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a Mindfulness counsellor, in order to be able to help the myriad of clients whose issues stemmed from trauma.
I used this knowledge and experience to create a series of eight week programs which take an holistic approach to healing. I have also created a series of workshops, for small groups, which offer people the opportunity to learn how to manage their menopausal symptoms and to thrive through this incredible, transitional period of life.
